WHAT: Hustle for that Muscle Deadlift Challenge
WHEN: November 1 - November 30th, 2019
WHERE: Bloor Street Fitness
WHO: Open to ALL members
● Deadlift your own bodyweight (e.g. 200lb member deadlifts 200lb as many times as possible)
● Record your set and post to your Instagram story/feed. MUST tag @bloorstfitness. OPTIONAL to hashtag #hustleforthatmuscle
● 2 winners will be selected December 1st
● 1 winner in each category (<200lb and >200lb)
Rules: ● CLEAN reps only (no hunch backs!)
● Barbell Deadlifts only (Conventional or Sumo)
● No crashing weights ● Reps must be consecutive
● Person with the most deadlifts wins
Winners can use their FREE Personal Training session whenever. They do not expire!
